Saints Row 4

The game was confirmed to be in development prior to Saints Row: The Third's release; THQ's Danny Bilson briefly said in an interview with X-Play on November 9, 2011, "I already know what Saints Row 4 is about, and it is wilder than [Saints Row: The Third]".[4]
It was confirmed to be in development for PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 on May 16, 2012, via the LinkedIn profile of a Volition, Inc. developer.[5]
On June 11, 2012, the new THQ president, Jason Rubin, was quoted as having expressed his distaste over Saints Row: The Third's "tone and crass humor", and noted his intention to change that in future entries. Rubin believed that the game's presentation limited its potential audience, when it could have striven to be the next "Red Dead Redemption or Skyrim" (referring to the two games' critical and commercial successes). Rubin further allegedly stated that Saints Row: The Third was a product of "the environment at the time", and that he aims to change that.[6] Rubin later claimed on Twitter that he had been misquoted, and that it was in fact the interviewer who was embarrassed.[7]
A few days later, on June 20, 2012, Rubin stated that the Saints Row: The Third standalone expansion, Enter The Dominatrix, had been cancelled and instead would be merged with "The Next Great Sequel in the Saints Row Franchise", allowing the team "more time, more resources, and a broader scope for the project". He also confirmed the game was scheduled for a calendar 2013 release window.[1]
Following THQ's filing for bankruptcy and subsequent closure, the Saints Row franchise along with developer, Volition, Inc., were auctioned off to Koch Media for $22.3 million on January 23, 2013.[8][9][10][11]
Independent game development company High Voltage Software (developer of the Wii video game The Conduit) is helping out with art assets for the game.[12]
Christ Stockman tweeted on February 4th that there is a rough release date of August and the CEO of Koch Media, Klemens Kundratitz, confirmed that the game will be released in 2013.[13]
Deep Silver stated that they had left Volition, Inc. in full creative control of the "long-in-development" game, with "additional time for polishing".[14]
The game will be showcased at PAX East 2013 in some capacity.[15]

Call of Duty: Black Ops II is a first-person shooter video game, developed by Treyarch and published by Activision (Square Enix for Japan). It was released on November 13, 2012 for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Microsoft Windows and on November 18, 2012 in North America, November 30, 2012 in Europe and Australia for the Wii U.[4][5][6] Square-Enix released the game for the Japanese market on November 22, 2012 as a subbed version. A Japanese voice-dubbed version was released separately on December 20, 2012.
The Japanese release of the Wii U port is only the dubbed version since the console was not available in Japan in November.[8] Black Ops II is the ninth game in the Call of Duty franchise of video games and a sequel to the 2010 game Call of Duty: Black Ops. The game was launched at 16,000 stores worldwide at midnight on November 13, 2012.[9]
Black Ops II is the first game in the Call of Duty franchise to feature future warfare technology and the first to present branching storylines driven by player choice. It also offers a 3D display option.[10] A corresponding game, Call of Duty: Black Ops: Declassified, was released simultaneously on the PlayStation Vita. Within 24 hours of going on sale, the game grossed over $500 million, beating 2011's Modern Warfare 3 to become the biggest entertainment launch of all time.[11] It went on to sell 7.5 million copies in November 2012, making it the highest grossing game of the month.[12]

Hitman: Absolution is an action-adventure stealth video game developed by IO Interactive and published by Square Enix.[1] It is the fifth entry in the Hitman game series, and runs on IO Interactive's proprietary Glacier 2 game engine. Before release, the developers stated that Absolution would be easier to play and more accessible, while still retaining hardcore aspects of the franchise.[3]

The game was released on 20 November 2012, which is in the 47th week of the year (in reference to the protagonist, Agent 47). It received generally positive reviews upon release, with the general consensus being that while the game remains faithful to the stealth genre, the gameplay deviates too much from the previous instalments.

The game focuses on the Attitude Era of WWE, replacing its Road to WrestleMania Mode with an Attitude Era Mode where the player plays through the Attitude Era in 6 different storylines. The game also brings back its Predator Technology engine, adding in a new audio system called WWE Live. The game is said to be the second phase of a "Revolution" in WWE video games,[2] with cover athlete CM Punk taking charge. Following release and positive reception, the game would be nominated for the Spike VGA for Best Individual Sports Game.[
